By using HippoKit.ai, operated by Bong Realty CA LLC, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

HippoKit is an AI-powered study content generator. You provide source material and receive interactive study content. Generated content is for personal use.

User Responsibilities

  • You must be 13 or older to use HippoKit
  • You are responsible for content you upload
  • Do not upload content that violates copyright or applicable laws
  • Do not attempt to abuse or circumvent usage limits

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You may only upload content that is legal and that you have the rights to use. You must not upload, generate, or distribute:

  • Content you do not own or lack the rights or permission to use
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors
  • Content that facilitates terrorism, violence, or the creation of weapons
  • Content that enables fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
  • Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or doxxes any person

We use automated and manual moderation to enforce these rules. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal content — including CSAM — to law enforcement and other authorities as required by law.

Shared Courses

HippoKit lets you publish a kit you own as a tracked, shareable course and lets others enroll in it. If you share a course:

  • You become responsible for the learner data you collect (enrollment emails and progress). You must use it only to deliver and track that course, handle it lawfully under applicable privacy laws, and promptly honor any learner request to be removed.
  • You must not export, sell, or repurpose learner emails for unrelated marketing, and you must not share a course containing content you do not have the right to distribute.

If you enroll in a shared course as a learner, you must provide a valid email and agree to the enrollment notice shown at the gate. You can remove your data from a course at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how shared-course data is collected, retained, and deleted.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds follow our standard policy.

Limitation of Liability

HippoKit is provided "as is." Generated content is AI-produced and may contain errors. We are not liable for decisions made based on generated content.
